Fresh Flowers & Garlands
- Due to their perishable nature, fresh flowers, garlands, torans and similar items cannot be returned.
- If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, contact us within 6 hours of delivery with photos.
- Verified quality issues are resolved with a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
Non-Perishable Items
- Add-ons such as greeting cards, teddy bears and décor accessories can be returned unused within 7 days.
- Refunds for eligible returns are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they enter preparation.
- Same-day orders enter preparation quickly — call us immediately at 9844076444 to cancel.
